Experience Chronology 
(A) Currently associated with M/s Paramount Limited Vadodara as a Designer (Mechanical) in the design department of engineering division since June 2011.
(M/s Paramount Limited is one of the pioneering Indian company exclusively engaged in the field of Environmental Management over last four decades, ‘Paramount’ is known as one of the leading EPC company and by now has completed over 250 projects in different areas, of Water treatment , Waste water treatment, oil & gas, sewage treatment, Flue Gas Desulphurization, Incinerators etc.)
[b]Key Deliverables [/b]:-
- Mechanical design of storage tank, pressure vessel, columns etc. As per national and international codes, standers and clients / specifications.
- Study of technical specification and preparing fabrication drawing of equipments for fertilizer / chemical plant and oil refineries / petro-chemicals as per national & international codes & standard specification.
- Checking of General arrangement & fabrication drawings as per codes & technical specification.
- Co-ordination with other disciplines like Project, Process, Safety, Quality control, instrumentation, Piping, Civil & Structure, Documentation, Procurement for technical clarification.
- Study of engineering documents & inputs received from other discipline and co-ordination to short out the problems arise during engineering problem.
- Technical inspections at vendor workshops.
- Review of Vendor drawings and documents.
(B) I worked with Koch Chemical Technology Group India Private Limited (Koch Glitsch Inc.) As a Designer in engineering department from Nov 2007’ to June 2011’.
(Koch Chemical Technology Group India Private Limited is specialized in Design, Manufacturing, installation and Commissioning of high quality products for mass transfer products for the chemical, petrochemical, refining, gas processing, pharmaceutical, specialty industries, and more.)
[b]Key Deliverables [/b]:-
- Mechanical design of pack towers, pressure vessel, columns & their internals like trays, feed pipes, distributors, redistributors, trough type distributors, etc. as per the company's global standards national and international codes, standers and clients / specifications. 
- Prepare error free engineering drawings based on specification of the equipments as required by the end user, using AutoCAD.
- Generate and check the general arrangement drawings of columns & internals as per standards and/or client's specifications within the stipulated time frame.
- Checking, review and ensure the approval of mechanical designs of trays and internals.
- To act as interlink between engineering and manufacturing for timely release of drawings to the manufacturing.
- Interactive approach for trouble shooting by maintaining the highest standards of technical aspects and product conformity.
- Proactive approach and value engineering aspects to optimize the product cost at design stage.
- To ensure the job execution in time making use of additional resources by utilizing extra efforts.
- Preparation of Bill of Materials (BOM).
(C) I had worked with Banco Aluminum Limited as a Jr. Engineer from May 2006' to October 2007'
