- Completed one year Diploma In Computer Application course from Aureole Infoway computer Institute in under(CSI), Badarpur, Assam.
EXPERIENCE
- Presently I m working in “Indus Valley Ayurvedic center” World’s finest Spa and resort having 35 rooms Spread in 25 Acre area as an Executive Housekeeper from 15/11/11 to till date.
- I worked in “Club Mahindra Kodagu Valley Resort” (220 rooms) in Mahindra group of Resort as a Housekeeping Executive from 13/04/10 to 13/11/2011.
- I worked in “Fortune Select J P Cosmos by ITC Welcome Group” (134 Rooms) Hotel as a Housekeeping supervisor in Cunningham Road Bangalore from 11/08/09 to 11/04/10
- I worked as a Pre opening team in “S” hotel in Sharavanthi group hotel Housekeeping Supervisor from 11/09/2008 to 11/08/09
- I worked as a pre- opening team in “Monarch Luxury” 4 star Hotel as a Room Boy and Trainee Housekeeping Supervisor “Infantry Road Bangalore. (India) from 09-04-2007 to 11-09-2008.
Duties & Responsibilities

- To assist all guest (internal & external) with any enquiries or requests in a pleasant, helpful manner. 
- Planning for the day to day operations and supervision of the whole department.

- Coordinating the work of the housekeeping staff and managing.
- Experimenting and introducing new ideas, in order to control cost.

- Follow up on out of order rooms daily with engineering for the completion of maintenance work.
- To supervise the employees with in the Department ensuring that the correct standard and methods of service are maintained as stated in the Department.
- To prepare and forward all the following report to the Executive Housekeeper.
- Daily Report on losses & Breakage in the room.
- To provide a courteous and professional service at all time.
- Check daily room attendants trolley, equipment, cleaning supplies are properly used and correct procedure are observed. 
- Allocating the duties of staff and monitor their performance.

- Ensuring guest satisfaction by achieving delivery of service quality norms.
- Executing policies & procedures in the operating systems to achieve greater guest delight.
- Interacting with clients, handle guests’ requests & resolving complaints.
