The primary role will be to work closely with the senior management team on strategic business issues. The specific responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
    Support the preparation of Business plans and presentations to investors, shareholders and other stakeholders.
    Financial analysis of the performance of the company and the centers.
    Providing MIS to the management and board.
    Evaluating business proposals, including ideating, creating and evaluating the business case.
    Project management of various company initiatives.
    Business engineering, including study of processes, systems, and documentation, certification processes, and follow-up on implementation of recommended changes.
    Collection and analysis of industry and competitor data and trends.

[B]Sr Sales Executive/ Sales Executive  [/B]:
[B]Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to [/B]:
    Regularly liaise with General Practitioners in the neighbourhood and market Nova's services to them.
    Ensure that there are referrals from the GPs to Nova.
    Achievement of given sales targets.
    Organise events (Camps, CMEs, Seminars, and Health Talks etc.) with the help of Branding team.
    Ensure top-of-the-mind recall of Nova amongst potential patients/customers.
    Gather information about competitors' activities, practices and pricing.
