CSR is inviting applications for training and placements to male and female living in Chennai as PATIENT CARE TAKERS at homes.

[B]The below are the main roles in the basic home care services for which the training will be provided [/B]:

**   Pulse checking
**   Respiration
**   Blood pressure

[B]Care taking [/B]:
**   Ambulating Patient
**   Ambulating with wheel chair
**   Bed making
**   Comfort device

[B]Personal hygiene need [/B]:
**   Patient grooming
**   Bed bath
**   Bath room bath
**   Hair shampooing
**   Back care
**   Perineal care
**   Foot care
**   Nail care
**   Changing diapers
**   Mouth care
**   Providing urinals
**   Unit hygiene
**   Urinary catheter care

**   Assisting in Feeding
[B]Soft skills [/B]:
**   Communication skills
**   Behavioral skills

Candidate will attend a one month Training on the above concepts before placements, and only successful candidates will get shortlisted and selected for placements. Candidates will get a certificate for completion of training. The training is at free of cost.
Each Patient Care Taker is under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Candidates will also get guidance from Registered Nurse during job.
Who is needed?
**   Men and women at the age of 20 to 35 having passion to work in health care sector with minimum 2 years commitment.
**   Must have minimum eighth standard pass / fail qualification
**   Hindi speaking Candidate will get priority
**   Should have basic knowledge of reading and writing, good communication in local language.
**   Residence t in chennai

[B]Work Place [/B]:
In –around Chennai areas- work place shall be the house of the patient.
[B]Remuneration [/B]:
A sum of Rs. 6000/ and Rs.1000/ extra for travel will be provided as monthly salary for minimum 6 months. After six months of successful service the candidate will get all employee benefits including PF, Uniform, ID –Cards, ETC.
