- Performing Raw Material / Stage wise /final inspection in all stages of manufacturing
- Physical verification and review of test certificates of incoming materials like plates, pipes, forgings, fittings and valves for construction.
- Ensuring quality in all aspects as per quality assurance plan.
- Ensure that copies of applicable QC plans are available at the location of work.
- Visual/ Dimensional inspection of jobs.
- Raw material inspection.
- Verification of test certificates as per IS codes
- Co-ordination between shop & site manufacturing and solving the quality discrepancies
- Coordinating with NDT technicians
