- I have expanded my process knowledge and able to successfully recover the fuel consumption of amounting 5 crore INR by regular follow-ups with Opex manager, Cluster Managers and vendors.

- Six weeks summer training from B.S.N.L, Shahdra in E.W.S.D Lab for monitoring the complaint status and rectifying it through a centralized system
- Six weeks industrial training from Nokia Siemens, Gurgaon in Networking.
