[B]TRAINING FOR HOTEL EMPLOYEES IN INDIA[/B]
This wing deals with training of Hotel employees. Those who are working in hotels and want to improve their knowledge will be given the training. This will be done with co-ordination from the respective Employers. We also encourage the hotel Employers to sponsor the team of their staff for this training.

Part-time/Short-time courses on our course schedule will match their need in present Hotel Operations. We may also encourage designing the additional courses in each department according to the requirement of Hotels.

This Training will reduce the stress on hotel management authorities and allow the hotel executives to function in tension-free environment and also reduce staff turnover in each hotel.

Interns selected in India for USA, Australia and Europe Hospitality

[B]Internship programs[/B]:
[B]Training will be provided during the application process from one month to 6 months in the following areas wherever required[/B]:
** Food production: specialization on Western, Chinese and international cooking
** Food and Beverage-Special type of service methods especially French classical menu service, wine and food service, bar and beverage service, etc
** Accommodation Operations: Advanced training in international room division management
** Front Office: Advanced training on modern technology of Front office operational standards

** Guiding the Intern applicant in preparing the Professional resume for submitting to MAA Internship Company
** Provides guidance for upgrading the knowledge of the Interns to be qualified by International Internship Companies

[B]Provide Training to the eligible interns of MAA Internships Private Limited for 3 months to 6 months in the areas of[/B]:
** Related department study like Food Production, beverage services, Front office and Rooms Division department etc in Hospitality Industry
** Conduct English Classes to up grade their English skills, conduct short term courses from 4 weeks to 8 weeks on foreign languages like French, German, Italian, Japanese and other related languages.** 
** Conduct Aptitude tests, group discussions and mock interviews for making the applicant eligible to attend
** Conduct mock telephone interviews to develop the interview skills
** Preparing for Interview questionnaire and guiding on documentation.
** Provide training on Internship programs in Global market by developing the knowledge and Social background of the Country where the interns applying

Orientation (One Week)
**  After Interns reach India before reporting to sponsoring Company, MAA Internships provide one week training on Indian Culture, Living Standards, getting adjusted for the accommodation, opening bank accounts etc
**  Explaining Hotel Industry rules, standards and training procedure
**  Explaining Legal procedures to be followed about Indian Law.
