Key responsibility in Product Design and Development 
- Manage Projects from all phases including Acquisition, Prototype and Serial Production.
- 3D & 2D design of different parts, creation of part lists for different products with help of Catia V5.

 Diffusers design according to mounting given in the packaging. And Housing design in plastic 
 part. And headers according to parametric with Behr Methodic. And also 2D drawings.
 YAMZ 350 & 650 EGR Cooler Design.
 Aluminum (Casting) housing and Complete cooler design with inlet and outlet diffusers
 2D drawings for coolers including single parts.
 [b]OM 651 Indirect Charge Air Cooler [/b]:
 Complete Cooler design with the use of existing Header. All the other parts were created new 
 with two new Plastic tanks. The tanks designed in such a way that both the tanks will have 
 minimum stress in order to improve the performance of the Cooler.
 [b]Renault i2CAC Cooler [/b]: 
 Complete i2CAC design with consideration packaging (Manifold Area data).Designing some parts
 like Inlet and outlet tanks and Headers according to prototype release.
 [b]Nissan i2CAC Cooler [/b]: 
 Complete i2CAC design as per serial production release. Designing as per customer packaging.
 [b]BMW CAC (S 63 and N63) [/b]: 2 Variants
 Cooler design with existing Core same for the both variants and design different tanks and side 
 covering plates according to packaging data and mounting point’s considerations. Tank design 
 consideration with machining parts using in prototype release only.
 Oil cooler Design MB 276 Cooler.
 Oil cooler design as per customer requirements and considering manufacturing processes in 
 Prototype department. Coolant connection pipes and plastic bracket design and design of 
 expansion device.

Force Motors Ltd (Bajaj Tempo Ltd).Pune.
Force Motors started production of the HANSEAT 3-Wheelers in collaboration with Vidal & Sohn Tempo Werke Germany and went on to establish a strong presence in the “Light Commercial Vehicles” (LCV) field with the MATADOR, the proverbial LCV in India.
