In 2005, ACSPL have been assessed and approved by Indian Registrar Quality Systems (A Department of IRS) in accordance with requirements of ISO 9001 :2000 with respect to the following scope: "Design, Manufacture, Supply and Repair of Marine Electronic Equipments and Control Systems".

ACSPL initially focused on meeting the growing demand for a specialist electrical, electronic and control system repair and servicing company generated by the shipping and offshore industrial activities in Indian Ports. Over the years the shipping industry at Mumbai grew rapidly and ACSPL also grew to meet the additional demands as a company that was able to carry out complex electronic control and system repairs of visiting vessels.
