[B]Customer Relations Officer[/B][b]Candidate should preferably be a lady in the age group of 28 to 35 with minimum 5 years in a similar role. The duties shall include [/b]:
Role includes emphasis on on core projects such as mentoring project and Client Management on all other IT related products. Should effectively operate the Online Headquarters and align the same with all clients for ease of use.

Manage MIS of client base and communications with senior management for completion status as per timelines. Should have flexible attitude and ability to service all areas of the company as needed. Should have valid Driving License and excellent organisational and time management skills. Good communication skills both written and oral. Excellent etiquette and pleasing personality is essential.

[b]He/She will be responsible for leading the execution of key projects and helping build our offshore entity. You will also play a vital role in interviewing and hiring of staff members. Key attributes required are [/b]:

** Should be able to architect solutions, specifically in .NET and PHP ,JAVA environments
** Learn new technologies efficiently
** Lead team of 10-15 staff
** Hands-on and can write code as necessary

** Lead team of Joomla developers to develop B2B websites using Joomla and PHP to fulfill technical and functional requirements
