 1 One year Apprentice in IFGL Refractories Ltd. Kalunga, IDC, Rourkela in slide gate refractory and precast 2005 to 2006. 
 
 2 Three year experience in IFGL Refractories Ltd, Kalunga, IDC in Jr. Supervisor Inspection of slide gate plate and precast ,& production of slide plate 2006 to 2009 .
 3 Now in Raj ceramic (p) ltd, Ranchi. Production incharge and Quality improvement.

 1. Monitoring production of slide gate plate. 
 2. Monitoring production of high alumina refractory.
 3. Inspection of all items.
 4. Process improvement of products. 
 5. Attend short type of application problem in side.
