Job Description / Responsibilities [/B]:
** Direct and Manage Project Management from beginning to end.
** Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
** Manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
** Project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
** Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
** Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
[B]Desired profile of the candidate [/B]:
The candidate should be well versed in project management. He should know the project management discipline. He should successfully taken atleast one project through a complete project lifecycle (from initiation to commissioning).He should be adept in using project management software like Microsoft projects for planning & execution. The candidate should have excellent written and communication skills.
Ideal candidate would be an MBA from the 2001 – 2003 batch. Preferred institute is – XIM B, SPJ, NMIMS, NITIE, IIT- SOM etc.
It’s desirable that the candidate have formal training in project management discipline.
[B]UG / PG Qualification[/B] : BE,MBA (optional)
[B]Min Exp.[/B] : 8-11 years in the IT/Financial domain. With atleast 5 years as project manager.
[B]Max Exp.[/B] : 12 yrs

[B]Business Analyst
Education Profile[/B] :
BE / B.Tech/BCA/MCA + MBA - Finance
MCA + B.Com
(Essentially a mix of technology & financial domain)
Years of experience : 2-4 (in the IT/Financial domain)
[B]Technical Skill[/B]s: .Net OR Java
[B]Skill Sets[/B] :
A candidate with techno functional skill sets. He should understand finance (with desired knowledge of accounts). He should also understand XML technology well.
A candidate who has very good knowledge of XML and decent knowledge of accounting would be the right fit for the position.
The candidate should have excellent written as well as oral communication skills.
[B]Work Profile[/B] :
The chosen candidate will work in the XBRL team as a business Analyst. He would be required to completely learn XBRL. He would form the bridge between the domain team and the development team. He will also be responsible for a product and would lead all development/ enhancements. He would be required to keep abreast of all the developments in the space.

BE or MCA or any other Post degree in Computer Science or relevant field. Desired that the candidate is from a good institute Minimum of 5 years experience in .Net technologies and Object Oriented Design and development

** Strong experience of Architecting and Design
** Strong experience of estimation and planning
** Strong in .Net 3.5, C#, ASP.Net, AJAX, ADO.Net, VB.Net, Web Services
** Strong experience in multi-threaded coding using C#
** Strong in SQL Server and Oracle database technologies
** Strong in Microsoft IIS configuration and administration

** Strong Architecture and Design skills using best practices and patterns
** Creating and Reviewing Architecture document and technical design documents
