We are looking for experienced, enthusiastic, adventurous and pro-active Flash Platform developers who are forward thinking and excellent communicators.

Your role as AS3 developer will be primarily to develop rich cross platform interactive content. As such your core skills will be in AS3 OOP scripting using recognised frameworks and methodologies as well as have experience and exposure to complimentary software technologies such XML, JS, PHP, .NET, HTMLX/5. In addition we will require strong graphics knowledge and the principles behind associated production technologies if not hands on production experience. Design sensibilities are a bonus.
Strong communication skills are essential as you will be working on complex interactive projects as part of a content production team. Excellent English language skills are also required for communication with UK counterparts and clients.

The successful candidate will form part of the core of an initial online development team. As such he or she will be highly skilled, motivated and passionate about developing highly interactive content. Remuneration will not only reflect the ability of the candidate but their contribution to the growth of the company.
