Himalayan Yogi hosts 200-hour and 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training programs taught by Yogi Yogendra through World Conscious Yoga Family. The programs are registered with the Yoga Alliance. For more information on Yoga Teacher Training programs held at Himalayan Yogi in Rishikesh.

6 :00 a.m- Cleansing Process (Kriyas)
7:00 a.m - Tea
7:30 - 9: 30 a.m - Practical Class (Asanas)
9:30 a.m - Breakfast
10:30 - 12:30 .p.m - Theory calss, includes Yoga Philosophy, Hatha Yoga, Pradipica, Anatomy etc. Luch and rest.
3:00 - 4 :00 p.m - Pranayama & meditation
4:00 - 6:00 p.m - Practical class
7:00 - Dinner

The candidate's age should not be less than 18 years at the time of admission, Yoga Aspirants above the age of 50 may be considered by the executive committee but a fitness certificate is must.
