1. Should be well versed in Designing all kinds of Switch Mode Power Supplies (SMPS).
2. Should have hands on experience in developing various ratings of SMPS.
3. Should head & motivate a Team of Engineers to develop various Power Products.
4. Should have knowledge on the various cutting edge Technologies like ZVS / ZCS etc.
5. Should be well versed in various PCB Design Softwares or should appoint PCB Design engineers for developing Artworks.
6. Should be a Professional & hard working result oriented person.
7. Should be a dedicated, sincere & Honest person.
