1 ROTARY CARBURIZING FURNACE

It is the India first project for continues cycle seal quench furnace with eleven segments. The furnace is design to continuous heat treatment and maintains carburizing factors. This system is most secure and man machine safety system. With the help of the system the jobs has been Carbo Nitriding, Hardening, and Carburizing has to be done. This system has high productivity and low cost. The system fully operated by PLC Programming with SCADA Software. 
2 CASTLINK BELT TYPE FURNACE 
[b]Customer [/b]: KALYANI THERMAL SYSTEMS, RANJANGOAN, PUNE
The System is design to hardening and tempering the material as per the customer requirement. This system has high productivity and low cost. The system fully operated by PLC Programming with SCADA Software.
 
3 CASTLINK BELT TYPE FURNACE 
[b]Customer [/b]: SATELITE FORGING PVT LTD, GURGOAN, DELHI
The System is design to hardening and tempering the material as per the customer requirement. And this system is specially design to quenching by Oil as well as Polymer oil.This system has high productivity and low cost. The system fully operated by PLC Programming with SCADA Software.
4 DOUBLE END HEATING FURNACE

The System is design to Heating the leaf-spring both ends for eye rolling process. This system is specially design to heat variable lengths of leaf-springs. This system has high productivity and low cost.
