You will lead the development of our user interface by turning basic wireframes into production code. The key challenge you will be facing is buig easy-to-use, fast, flexible, front end interface and workflow that will help users draw key insights from visualized data. You'll develop, maintain, and optimize the performance of our customer facing dashboards in this highly visible role.

[b]To be successful, you will possess the following qualifications [/b]:
Skill set Essential
• Bachelor's or Masters degree from a reputed institute in engineering, mathematics, statistics or related disciplines.
• Eye for great UI design and information architecture.
• At least 4 years of direct and solid hands-on programming experience in developing J2EE based enterprise class applications
(JSP, Struts, other UI framework, and Java databaseframework - JDBC, iBATIS, and Hibernate).
• Understanding of web standards and best practices.
• Development knowledge with RDBMSs.
• Must be able to work hands-on with minimal supervision or assistance.
• Experience with source control and development coding practices.

Additional
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop creative solutions to complex technical problems.
• Inquisitiveness to learn and apply new concepts, techniques and technologies.
• Product development experience is a strong plus.
• Must be able to work hands-on with minimal supervision or assistance.

Preferences
• Knowledge or experience with creating dashboards using popular BI tools such as QlickView.
• Experience in developing SaaS based solutions/applications.
• Knowledge or experience with text analytics, text mining and natural language processing technologies.
• Knowledge or experience with Web 2.0 and semantic web related technologies.
• Knowledge or experience with crawlers and connectors to social Media, and other web content sources.
