- Responsible for the development of components.
- Designing the component as per provided data.
- Study of the drawing and CAD data of the components.
- Responsible for the costing of the components.
- Die design of different components.
- Inspection of the developed component as per drawing.
- Development of the Jig and Fixtures of the components for VMC, EDM & WIRECUT.
- Attending customer grievances regarding the projects. 
- Cam programming of MOLD parts.

- Unigraphics Nx4, CAM.
- Solid edge, CAD.
- Pro-engineer (wildfire 2.0), CAD.
- I DEAS Nx 11. CAD.
- Deep knowledge of different Measuring instruments like Micrometer, Vernier caliper, Depth gauge, 
Height gauge, Boring gauge & Profile projector,
