1. WORKING AS JR.OFFICER IN CHOWGULE SHIPBUILDING FOR 3 YEARS 7 MONTH IN PIPING DEPARTMENT.
 PLANNING AND SCHEDULING.
- Providing fabrication plan for 01 month in advance.
- Ensuring the plan meets the dates, by weekly meeting with plant.
- If design or any problems exist, resolve them. 
- Getting the approved drawings from design dept. and issuing the same to the contractor.
- Fabrication and erection of pipes as per the clearance from other dept.
- Erection of pipes as per the installation of machineries.
 MATERIAL HANDLING AND FOLLOW UP
- Dealing with stores for material requirement.
- Dealing with purchase and store for material.
- Issuing material which is required for the vessel fabricated pipes material.
- Transfer of material” if material damages or lost. Raise indents if material not available.
- Follow up of material required from store and purchase department as per their dates.
 ORGANISING 
- Allotting jobs to contractor as per better production requirement. 
- Day to day checks and on board meeting with contractor to ensure smooth jobs.
- Conduct meetings with contractor for any material requirement and requisite the same. 
- Preparing systems as per approved drawings, OEM’s requirements.
- Documentation of departmental, survey reports as per ISO requirements.
- Certifying bills as per P.O. 
 INTER DEPARTMENTAL CO-ORDINATION. 
- Convey hold ups if any by other departments and resolve them in Interdepartmental meetings.
- Giving clearance for APT, hot work, and painting on scheduled dates.
- Give weekly reports and targets to complete in present and future, and work accordingly to achieve them (Convey these report and targets to H.O D’S). 
 QUALITY CONTROL CHECKS 
- Quality checks during erection, welding and APT.
- Provide necessary technical support in training welders.
- Quality checks at pipe fabrication plant for quality improvement. 
- Convey if there are any design problems to design department to minimize rework and extra costs.
 SURVEYS
- Departmental survey (APT) of a system done before showing to the surveyors.
- Offering surveys to class and owners for inspection and getting approved.
- Rectification and closure of owner and class points.
- Assist the mechanical/electrical/outfitting dept. during commissioning.
- Conducting the sea trials and solving the problems on vessel if exist.
