WORK HISTORY – IN THE REVERSE ORDER
I. Worked with SLV Engineering Services Pvt Ltd., as an Accountant from Jun 2008 to till date.
RESPONSIBILITIES as an acountant
- Daily accounting of Bank payment and receipt vouchers and preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement.
- Preparation of cheques as per the list approved by the Finance Controller, Ensuring proper deduction of TDS in respect of Commission Payment of franchisee, contracts (such as transport bills, Advertisement, projects),Professional charges, rent etc.
- Preparation of Monthly Stock Statement.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- MAINTENACE OF BANK LEDGER
- Daily accounting of Bank payment and receipt vouchers and preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement.
- Preparation of daily Cash Flow Statement.
- Preparation of cheques as per the list approved by the Finance Controller, Ensuring proper deduction of TDS in respect of Commission Payment of franchisee, contracts (such as transport bills, Advertisement, projects),Professional charges, rent etc.
- Preparation and filing of monthly sales tax returns in respect own shops. Follow up of ‘F’ Forms from the Branches for stock transfer sent by Head Office. Preparation of necessary statement for filing annual return and assisting the manager at the time of Assessment. 
- Mainly Involves accounting of Daily cash and Credit Card Sales, Branch Expenses, Maintenance of Stock Ledgers. Bank Reconciliation and Preparation of Consolidated trail Balance and Profit and Loss A/c. 
- Handling the Manual Stock audits and the same quantity and price updating in the system wherever we had the outlets in India.
