We at SCMHRD don't believe in teaching. Rather we create opportuinities for our students to learn by providing the means. The programs are offered in four semesters of five months each. Students undergo a live summer project (industry based) at the end of second semester. The program structure is broken-down in two parts. Core subjects and Elective subjects. Core subjects are mandatory subjects for all students. Apart from this each Center of Excellence [I](Finance, Marketing, Hr etc.)[/I] offers various subjects from semester 2 onwards. We call them elective subjects. Students are free to select any subjects of their choice from these keeping their career goals in mind. Apart from academic education, we encourage students to participate in various events, national seminars, institutional activities, consultancy, social projects etc. for an holistic development in them. We encourage students to attend yoga, aerobics, vedanta and art of living classes and also provide facilities like gymnasium, swimming pool and sports facilities.
