- Study the cost impact of major health and lifestyle factors and other factors such as hazardous occupations and hobbies, citizenship, and international travel, etc.
- Execution of policies as per the company guideline. 
- Perform periodic analysis on a timely manner in response to company management.
- Generate the analysis report, employee profiles on strict timeline.
- Communicate with the Head of Operation’s, State Managers, Regional Officers and the Branch Managers all over the country through e-mail, phone and co-ordinate in order to resolve the complaints and answer the queries arising before and after the scrutinizing and evaluations. 
- Keep regular touch with the updates circulated from higher authorities in head office in order to follow the drafted process by the management.
