[B]JOB Description  [/B]:
**   Extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of structured cabling design principles and installation practices
**   Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred
**   BICSI RCDD and/or LAN Specialist recommended
**   Good understanding of the telecommunications industry beyond structured cabling. Understanding of Network and networking applications desired.
**   Strong verbal and written communication skills
**   Strong computer skills using office applications
**   Strong background in understanding field testing instruments and various tester software to analyze test results

[B]ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS WARRANTY REVIEW, PROCESSING & ADMINISTRATION  [/B]:
**   Receive PRE registration documentation, review for accuracy and log all project information into SFA
**   If problems are encountered, create letter documenting problems and resolutions and send to CI (with copy to Regional Sales Manager.
**   Work with CI in obtaining missing information from Warranty Forms and/or in resolving issues with project before warranty is granted via phone conversations/email.
**   Once review of project is complete and all documentation is in order give package to administrator for generating warranty documents.
**   Create warranty certificate documentation
**   Communicate with CI the method warranty documents will be sent to the customer
**   Scan all documents and attach ALL to SFA
