Online applications are invited from interested fresh male & female faces to participate. Round 2: Short Listing A team of professionals scan the entries. Short listing is done by our jury members. The fresh male & female faces will be informed & asked for further information, if required. Round 3: Final Listing The chosen fresh male & female faces are further put to the elimination round & selected faces are invited for auditions. Round 4: Audition The fresh male & female faces walk in for auditions. Contestants are judged for talent and personality. And at the end of the activity, the selected models will be unveiled to further compete at the final round. Preliminary rounds would constitute of 50 males and 50 females shortlisted by the management and the jury would short list 20 males and 20 females for the grand finale. Round 5: Finals Selected fresh male & female faces are invited for final round. Endeavour is to conduct a talent hunt of global standards & select the best among best. Judges include eminent and respected members of entertainment, business, sports and film industry. Activity Week The week post preliminary selections would constitute of grooming sessions on diction, poise, walk, etiquettes, skin, health and personality. A special grooming session on acting and dancing would also be provided. The week would also witness contestants visiting main showrooms of sponsors and do photo ops for the brands. Round 5: Finals Selected fresh male & female faces are invited for final round. Endeavour is to conduct a talent hunt of global standards & select the best among best. The grand night would be an amalgamation of entertaining events and competitive rounds for the selection of the winners by our panel of esteemed judges and chief guests.
