[B]Purpose of Job:[/B]
Installation, Configuration, Administration and Maintenance of Local Area Network (LAN), Wide Area Network (WAN) and Communication Network to ensure they are operating optimally at all times with high uptime.

[B]Job Description[/B]:
** Implement and Administer LAN / WAN and maintain the SLA for the Network Infrastructure across the company.
** Troubleshoot Network Infrastructure and Security Systems to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational difficulties.
** Investigate Network problems, identify their source, determine possible solutions, test and implement solutions.
** Identify utilization patterns and their effect on operation/system availability and performance expectations.
** Anticipate communication and networking problems and implement preventive measures.
** Investigate, recommend and install enhancements and operating procedures that optimize network availability.
** Document network problems and resolutions
** Coordinate with network providers and ensure changes are planned and implemented correctly

[B]Candidate Profile[/B]:
[B]Educational Qualifications[/B]:
** Diploma in Engineering / Science / Computers or Equivalent
** Certifications in Networking such as CCNA, CCNP or Equivalent.

[B]Experience[/B]:
** A minimum of 3 Years in managing, supporting and administering LAN / WAN.
** Airline Experience is an advantage.

[B]Skills / Expertise[/B]:
** Troubleshooting, Analysis and Configuration of (TCP/IP, EIGRP, BGP, 802.1q, NAT/PAT etc.)
** Layer 2 and Layer 3 managed switches (Configuring/ Troubleshooting)
** Excellent knowledge and configuration skills in Networking Equipments, Network operating systems, Implementing LAN, WAN.
** Good Knowledge on Operating Systems – Windows 2003, Windows XP/Vista /  Linux
