[B](Note [/B]: - Those Players who are registered with Delhi State Chess Association on or before 30.04.2011 will be considered for as Delhi Players) * Entries to be confirmed at the earliest as entry restricted on first come first serve basis to 300. * Last date of receipt of entries with entry fees is 5th December, 2011. * Entries with late fees of Rs.200 will be accepted at the venue before inauguration. * No entry will be entertained after the inauguration. * All entries should be sent along with Demand Draft drawn in favour of Eminent Chess Academy payable at New Delhi. Rules * The tournament will be conducted as per latest FIDE rules. [B]* Time control [/B]: 90 minutes + 30 seconds increment on every move. * Latest tie break rules as stipulated in the FIDE rules. * Prize money will not be shared on equal points. * Players are requested to bring their own chess clocks. * Protest if any, shall be lodged within 15 minutes of the incidence with a fees of Rs.1000. * DCA registration for 2011-12 is compulsory for Delhi players. * AICF registration for 2011-12 is compulsory for all players. Players who are already registered should produce proof. * Tournament committee has the right to accept or reject any entry without any reason. * The decision of the appeals committee/chief arbiter will be final. * The organizers will reserve the right to make the necessary changes pertaining to the tournament without prior notice.[/QUOTE]
