6. Identification and management of customer expectations for deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
7. Involvement in the full project lifecycle, including Requirements Analysis, Design and Deployment.
8. Should have fair knowledge of Joomla & Word Press customization

Ideal candidates profile should meet below requirements
1. Should be Extremely proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, CorellDraw, Flash, CSS, HTML, DHTML, XHTML, Javascript, Dreamweaver, Joomla & CMS Integrated Design.
2. To work independently on projects in HTML/XHTML (DIV), CSS, Photoshop, Dreamweaver
3. Ability to customize CSS/Flash based templates as per the client requirements..
4. Creatively work on new website designs in accordance to Web 2.0 Standards
5. Efficiently design using DIV (table less)
6. Should have the skills to design artistically
7. Should have the skill to build business presentations and online catalogs
