- Export / Import - Handling the documentation relating to the Import and Export of the Company, viz; Invoicing, Packing List, Payment Realization, Bank Reconciliation & other office related work
- Availing Bank loan FABC, EBRD, PCFC & PCINR against Export Order & Purchase Order. Preparing the Export & Import loan detail in Excel Sheet and reconciling the same with accounting package Tally 9.3 and Tally ERP 9.3.
[b]- Local Purchase & Sales [/b]: Day to day receipts and payments including RTGS’ to customers and suppliers. Maintaining the Purchase & Sales register as per Bank requirement for taking Hypothecation Statement.
[b]- TDS & Sales Returns [/b]: Deducting tax and paying into government treasury on a monthly basis. Filing necessary returns with the Income Tax authorities including Sales Tax Returns and Profession Tax Return
- Assisting the Finance Head and AVP Manager of the Company for matters relating to Income Tax notices and Assessment
- Handling and managing statutory matters, Ensuring timely submission of returns and payment of Tax and duties, Preparation for Service Tax, eTDS Return. Reconciliation of Debtor & Creditor Ledger & Vendor Payment, Agewise Debtors Analysis, Responsibilities for all daily accounting work Dealing with banks (managing bank transactions, bank reconciliation) Preparation of MIS.
