Job responsibilities / Skills of Meritorious 
Good practical experience in heavy Mechanized open cast mines in deep Hole Drilling and Blasting, with SBM, NONEL – EXEL Handi dets, of ICI as controlled Blasting Techniques. 
Dealing with HEMM like shovels, pc650-3, cat 5080,375. Cat shovels 988, 960. Quarry Trucks cat 755,788 etc., Drilling Machines Atlas CAPCO pc 420, IR made Drilling Machines. Compressors etc., 
In Addition to the Duties of asst Mines Manager Quality Control of Limes Stone with various grades to cope up with the Lab for the various grades of Cement Production. 
- Establishing extraction systems. 
- Ensuring that operations are functioning smoothly. 
- Assuring the safety of mining equipment. 
- Costing and scheduling supplies 
- Implementing new skills as required in drilling and blasting. 
- Keeping detailed records. 
o Assessing mine equipment supplies. 
o Overseeing the health and safety of the site. 
o Long term planning of the mines.
o Overseeing the staff activities in all site section of the mines.
