Maintaining the walkins, recording the current contact number of the customers and negotiating with them for settlement and/or Foreclosure of the case. - Checking Accounts & Providing System Support to Field Executives. - Billing work. (Bill process in system.) - Visiting Advocates office on monthly basis for review of the cases filed by them as to the current development, stages and updates. - Co-ordinate with advocates for stages, withdrawal of cases, any required document (affidavit, DRT filing) bills relating issue. - Preparing Legal MIS for Monthly Basis.(All By and Against Cases) - Doing all Backend activity of the Legal Team.
