I have lived and worked in America (USA) for past 21 years and have moved to India this September/2011. Am a hard working person and promise to be an asset to your company. I am very good with Customer Service and have worked in Hospitals. Good with details, multitasking, diligent, polite, prompt and also quick on my feet. Prefer a busy place as am quite an active person and like responsibilities and am very responsible and like being counted on and understand team work also. I have got my Associates in Human Services at Forest Park Community College(USA) and had done 2 1/2 years in Commerce and Book-keeping in Siddharth College, Mumbai, India. I have done unpaid internship at the Housing Resource Center in St. Patrick Center Bldg., on Tucker Street , Downtown, St. Louis (USA). Where I helped in the section 8 housing money distributions, also helped in keeping files and data of each client, help find shelters for homeless clients etc. I worked at Barnes Jewish hospital for 9 years. Reading x-ray reports to doctors and nurses, Also helped in distributing the reports through mail and in person to each office all over Barnes Jewish Hospital(USA). Last job I worked with Eye Associates Ltd.(USA). I was hoping somebody in Human Resources could guide me on what kind of positions would fit my resume or qualify for.

 reading them to doctors and nurses, pulling up old reports from the
 microphiche and faxing them. Answering multiple phones lines,
 explaining to patients of the procedures on how to get
 their medical reports, directing call to the right authority if the calls
 are from attorneys or insurance claims. Count the inventories, sort
 through the batches of reports and write them in the log book. Sort
 the reports, and insert these reports into individual envelopes and
 take the envelopes to the mail machine, after sealing and stamping
 and dropped to the right destinations. Update doctors addresses in our
 system. Distribute the reports to different doctor’s office. To call the
 individual floor supervisors to get films read if for some reason the
 reports do not show in the systems. And if it is an emergency than to
 call the reading room and plead the doctors to see if these can be read
 since it is an emergency, give names and beeper numbers to the
 doctors so they can call the doctors back who need them. Or, write
 the results down and pass them to the right doctors and
 train new employees.
