ABOUT THE PROJECT 
500 TPY Titanium Sponge Plant will be first of its kind in the country and on commissioning; India will be the seventh nation attaining capability to produce Titanium. The plant will utilize technology developed by the Defense Metallurgical Research Laboratory, Hyderabad (DMRL) and is fully funded by Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO). The project is based on the cutting edge technology FOUNDATION FIELD BUS along with the MODICON QUANTUM PLC- 676 160 HSBY.
JOB PROFILE
- Involving in engineering activities for the Testing, Calibration, Installation & Commissioning of various field instruments including Microprocessor based Transmitter, Controller, Recorders, Mass flow meter, Radar Level Sensing instruments and various type of control valves etc. 
- Inspection & Supervision of activities as per drawings and guidelines.
- To organize and execute the tasks and ensure that they are completed on time and to specification. 
- Coordinating with Consultants, Contractors and Project team for Project Schedule monitoring.
- Maintenance of process plant instruments and control systems.
- Interpretation of P&IDs and Control Panel diagrams.
- Providing training assistance for Operators and technicians.
- Inspection & Supervision of activities as to ensure good and quality work.
- Preparation and Review of Check Lists and Documentation works.
[b]TECHNICAL SKILLS [/b]:
- Experience in testing, calibration, maintenance & troubleshooting of different type of electronic transmitters, controllers and recorders like pressure, flow, temperature and level of YOKOGAWA, ABB, EMERSON-ROSEMOUNT, HONEYWELL etc. 
- Experience in FOUNDATION FIELD BUS SYSTEM. 
- Experience in working and maintenance of YOKOGAWA CS3000 DCS installed plant.
- Calibration and maintenance of Radar type level transmitters (Endress+ Hausser), EMERSON-ROSEMOUNT. 
- Fault detection and rectification of DCS, PLC and relay units. 
- Maintenance of different types of control valves and other pneumatic accessories.
