o Well familiar with Testing Laboratory Equipments and Testing procedures. 
o Checking and Witness of routine testing of construction materials.
o Knowledge on Design Mixes of Bituminous and Non Bituminous works including concrete mixes.
o Familiar with ISO documentation and audit procedures.
o Basic understanding and exposure to Project Management principles and QA procedures followed in major projects.
o Computer literate; proficient in MS project and MS office.
o Good communication skills and MIS
