- She has been working as a soft skill trainer in a leading MNC known as IL&FS.(contractual basis)the job resposibilities include providing soft skill knowledges to the employees and even also to the youth people who are coing under the projects of (MORD) as govt of india out sources all its employement scheme to IL&FS.
- From March 2011 she has been working with (Manpower resources India pvt.ltd.) a leading company tied up with jindal steels,reliance power and infrastructurelimited,FACOR,adityabirla(ultratect),vasavi power,L&T,GMR energy etc and many more to provide manpower as per their requirment and her (job responsibility) includes n to n requirement starting from fixing the dates of interview to till joining formalities even providing training regarding the company culture on demand. 
- she has domain exposure in HR Framework both the govt sectors as well as the private sectors (attrition,HRP,and HRD,), Finance (Equity, Foreign Exchange, derivatives,BSE and NSE ).

- She has in depth knowledge in application package like MS-office, and os like vista,windows-7 along with internet suffing.
- HR FUSION self developed website for all hr theory papers is under process. Planning to lunch it in GOOGLE pages soon.it covers all the self analytical studies about the HR practices in different business sectors. 
- Organized and conducted a Basic Computer skills course for senior citizens in jeypore.
