 Ensure implementation and compliance to the Company HSE Policy, Plans, Organization, Procedures and reporting.
 Ensure daily Tool Box Talk by all workers including Site Foremen / Supervisors, monitor adequacy of information and instructions to workforce for prevention of injuries at worksites.
 Ensuring competency for all operators. Implementation of Lifting Gears Color Codes / Lifting Equipments, Gears and other Mechanical Plants were certified by Third Party (approved agency) and tested in periodically also inspect prior to job.
