- Monitoring all Inwards and follow-up updating in IT.
- Monitoring Consignments Pending.
- Monitoring Packing Dispatch for other Showrooms and other locations.
- Auditing concept registers and security registers. 
- Monitoring home delivery from Warehouse.
JOB PROFILE AT SHOWROOM
- Monitoring showroom opening and closing, Locks and seal verifications.
- Monitoring stocks updating with EDP.
- To assist the marketing department in promotional campaigns.
- Checking of Billed Items pending delivery.
- Monitoring Staff/Customer/Transit Damages.
- Repotting to Showroom Manager about Floor observation and Back store observation.
- To conduct frequent perpetual and system audit
- Monitoring Home delivery from Floor.
- Making MIS. Report.
- Co-ordinate with concept during Off Sale.
- Surprise checking of cash counters, Alterations counter, Exchange counters.
- Conduct Stock Take Twice in year & finalized the store variance
- Audit of Inward, Outward registers of concept & Security.
- Monitoring daily Inward & Outward & updation with system.
