QA/QC experience 
[b]QA/QC Department [/b]:
- Prepare document for inspection of Gas & Steam Turbines and other components from various rotating machines and pumps.
[b]- Perform Inspection such as [/b]: Visual, Dimensional, Penetrate Testing, Magnetic Testing, & any needed inspection for the parts.
- Analyze Material Composition for appropriate welding application. Prepare reports for customer incoming and final.
- This inspection to the hot gas path items including the combustion chamber and the compressor blade region, Inspection of stationary blades is carried out and replacement 
- Hands on component level inspection - recording photographic evidence, part identification (By P/N), visual & dimensional information
- Recording mechanical/electrical run outs
- Sign off against identified hold points in production/inspection paperwork
- Vendor liaison to oversee local repair WIP (work in progress) 
- Raising NC (quick cards) and assisting in the NCR process
- Identify and report potential concessions to the QC supervisor prior to processing through to Engineering/Production

 My career summary is to contribute relevant experience and background that I achieved for the last 8 years of experience including Gas turbine and steam turbines refurbishment combustion, hot gas path area, rotating, maintenance, repair, installation, assembling, inspection etc 
 Currently I am working as a Team leader, QA/QC inspector with Maintenance Partners for machinery llc. Musaffah, Abu Dhabi. U.A.E. 
 
 Good experience in trouble shooting, installation and alignment of different types turbines as a GE, Mitsubishi all frames and all stages etc
 Review of inspection test plan (ITP) equipment preservation plan, inspection schedules, inspection procedures, and stage wise inspections etc. as per project specification / vendor standards.
 Installation inspection of turbines /compressors & generator motors, centering inspection of the equipments & cleanliness of turbines /generators/ generator motors.
