Job Profile
1) Purches. Experience of Purches, from receiving of indent to Purches the material up to store, Vendor Development, Negotiation Skill, preparation of Purches orders, knowledge of taxes. Passing of bills. 
2) Admin.Asst. General Purches, office stationery, Employees record, leave record Mediclaim & Personal Accident Insurance & claims P.F.ESIC. Form 5, 10, Employees P.C.C. Housekeeping, filling.
3) Import / Export. Experience of custom clearance (import-export) by sea, air, 
Follow up with CHA, shipping agent for clearance shipment, Duty, Custom Tariff Etc.
4) Excise. Maintaining of all Excise Books, Register. I.e. RG-23 PLA, RG.1 Cenvat, TR6 6 challans, Excise audit, Monthly Return filing. Etc.
5) Logistics. Transport arrangement of local, Domestics, by surface, air, through transport, cargo, courier, negotiation with agent for freight rate & state wise road permits.& Insurance formalities.
 
6) Octroi. Knowledge of octroi Refund, octroi exemptions, under various forms such as- N forms, R forms. Etc.
7) Commercial. Attending to govt. offices for new licences, renewal Registration, i.e SSI, Excise, Mfg.Lic. DGFT Muncipal office Pollution control office, sales tax, follow-up
