Achievements:-320 mt tunnel heading work completed in 60 days,1.5 lac cmt back filling done in 5 month,1000 cmt rcc&pcc work done in 2 month,400 mt rcc pipes of 2 mt dia laying in 30 days,5000 cmt open rock cutting in 90 days
My responsibilities included:-
1. All administration work at site and proper utilization of men and machineries

To execute and supervision of various of flexible pavement road ,rigid pavement road and industrial and residential building work viz.cleaning&grubbing,earthwork(embankment and sub grade),granular sub base,wet mix macadam,dense graded bituminous macadam and bituminous concrete works (prime coat &tack coat,surface dressing),brick work plaster workand finishing as per MORTH specification and IS code
3. To execute and supervision of various pavement road viz. cleaning 
 & grubbing ,earth work (embankment and sub grade ) granular sub 
 base ,dry lean Concrete and pavement quality concrete as per 
 MORTH specification
4. To execute and supervison of various component of cd works,major bridge foundation,major bridge sub structure,major bridge super structure
5. To execute and supervision of various component of rcc frame and steel frame industrial building and residential building 
6. To maintaing of daily progress report of all activities of site and monthly physical and financial report as per B.O.Q item
7. To supervise and ensure safety in road and building construction work

Description of Job Survey Works
1 To execute and supervision of survey works such as taking of original ground levels checking of t.b.m ,center line (horizontal and vertical of principal survey points)& contour pillars by modern equipment (autolevel,total station)as per drawing
2 To execute and supervise for preparation of x-section.l-section,level sheet from plan and profile and also a per drawing 
 
 Description of Job Laboratory Works:
1 To supervise for testing of soil using in embankment and sub grade (sand contain,plastic limit,liquid limit,grain size analysis ,cbr ,moisture content for m.d.d & field density)as per is code and morth specification
2 To supervise for testing of coarse and fine aggregate (gradation ,aiv,water absorption stripping value,elongation ,silt content) asper is code and morth specification.
3 To supervise for testing of high yield strength deformed bar (steel) fe-415 of physical properties (tensile strength,elongation,bend and unit weight) as I s code 1786 &morth specification
4 To supervise for testing of trial design upto m40 grade
5 To supervise for testing of cement of physical properties (I.S.T,F.S.T,consistency and compressive strength) as per is code and morth specification
