[b]Responsibilities [/b]:
- Quotation collection for verification of Rates / Payment conditions with different vendors.
- Preparing comparison statement for collected Quotations and submission for approval. 
- Raising Purchase order for approved vendor list and ensure to get the order acknowledgment from suppliers to delivery of materials within the schedule Date/ Time. 
- Rate comparison with Purchase order rates and suppliers Invoice .
- Making GRN of materials and issue of materials to concerned department.
- Co-coordinating with other department to understand the various suppliers for each items . 
- Interact with various vendors to understand the market situation for identification of alternative products available in the market. 
 
- Updating of AVL( Approved Vendor List ) for all the modules.
 
- Maintaining of data base for newly developed suppliers/vendors for supply of materials in right time with 100% Quality .
- Ensure timely payment clearance to suppliers to avoid delay of supply of materials.
- Presently handling more than 25 vendors / Undertaking of all the branch Purchase activities.
- Maintaining proper documentation (like Dispatch challan,purchase and invoice book , Stock transfer invoice ect..) 
Education Qualification
- Bachelor of commerce with 50% marks in 2006-07 from Karnataka University
- Pre-university- Commerce with 55% marks in 2003-04 Karnataka P.U.Board
- S.S.L.C with 60% marks in 2001-02 Karnataka State Education Board
