Fundamo-MTN BU is project is basically mobile banking application. This application is basically devided into 3 modules. Release3(core application including SAT channel and SMS services), Prompt Server for USSD Channel, Protocol Adapter for USSD Channel. For SAT channel implementation the application uses stkml for implementing business prompt configuration And these stkml were used to burn on sims using gamalto software. For USSD channel implementation the application has a separate module that works as adapter/translator and deal with USSD Gateway. This adapter/translator receives incoming request that could be in any client specific protocol for example smpp or xml-rpc or tcp over http or xml over http. And then convert these request in an xml format and forward the request further to prompt server. The prompt server handles application specific business flow and manages user session. Also it capture all required information from the client using USSD prompts and finally generates http request and pass the parameters to core application to execute business transactions. Also the application is using internet channel for financial admin, admin and call center operator for executing front office specific functionality.

1)Quote is about initiaing the quotation for any distributor or end customer. Quote consists of the selected different manufecturere products, equipments and services. Quote is reviewed and nagotiated with the prices in Deal-Desk section before converted to contract.
2)Deal-Desk is the quote review process. Quote flows from bottom to top in the hierarchy of the authorized members to approve the prices and deal. Quote can be approved , rejected or sent back in the hierarchy. Once approved, quote becomes history and contract is established. 
3)Contract sections is to manage the established contracts. Contract can be changed and renewed.
4)Rebate handles the requests from distributor or end customer for giving the refund on the contracts based on the discount rates.

E -Ticketing was also an e-governance project that is basically an online ticket reservation system. The bus service agencies and online ticket-booking agents basically use this system. Here there will be agencies, agencies will own their buses with their floor and seating arrangement information, they decided the routes for transport, also they decides bus schedules for each bus, also they can decide minimum ticket rate, rate per km, and cancellation rate. Any agency can have seasonal bus schedules. Any valid user for each agency enters all these information on behalf of it.
User from his desktop/laptop can visit this site and search for the bus schedules for the specified source to destination and for the traveling date. He can also provide no of seats he is willing to book and type of bus like A.C./non A.C./ deluxe etc. and the system will show the list of all the available bus schedules for the specified data for the specified criteria and having its no of available seats greater than or equal to the specified no of seats. Then user can select any from the listed bus and can see its seating arrangements. He can manually selects from the available seats and opt for finally payment booking. He can provide payment information and finally ticket will be generated.
The same way full or partial ticket cancellation is also possible with deselecting the specific seats from the bus seating arrangement information.

When any inward comes any registry will receive it and do inward entry for it. Later on when any user log in the system the user can see the inward information in his my inward entries. He can study the inward and can do further processing for it. He can filed it, raise file for it, attach it to any earlier raised file, generate outward for it either direct or by registry.
User can process any file like he can assign some job for it to other users add comment notes and attachments with it and forward it according to its work -flow. User who creates file also decides the flow of the file.
Finally the file will be either completed of disposed by the designed user.
It was also creating drafts for the inwards and sends it for approval. When the designed user finally approves the drafts, the outward will be created for it.
