6. Interacting with consultants to ensure timely flow of information to site for smooth progress of work
7. Checking of Contractors bills.
8. Co-ordinating between Client & contractor and Clients office.
9. Obtaining schedules from respective contractors and fine tuning it to suit requirements with particular emphasis on overlapping activities.
10. Conducting physical tests of materials received at site based on established procedures and checking with test certificates of the manufacturer, if any.
