[b]RESPONSIBILITY [/b]: 
- Proposal making
- Preparation of Material Requisition/Purchase Specification of various packages like DCS/PLC, all field instruments (transmitters, rotameters, gauges etc.), control valves, shutdown valve, cables, junction boxes etc.
- Instrument data sheets
- Level studies
- Bid evaluation and recommendation for DCS/PLC, field instruments etc.
- Vendor drawing review and comments.
- Progress review meeting with client.
- Co-ordination with client and other disciplines
- Preparation of cost estimates based on budgetary offers obtained from instrument vendors according to the specifications prepared for the project and forwarding to estimating section for cost build-up.

- Preparation of I/O list, I/O mapping, annunciation and interlock scheme etc. and forwarding the same to the DCS supplier to enable them to develop relevant software and prepare detailed drawings.

- Follow-up for actual dispatch and receipt of consignment at site.
- Field Services
- Supervision of erection, testing, calibration and loop checking.
- Erection, Pre-commissioning & Commissioning Activities, Supervision for Installation of FTA cards, relay cards and wiring in online existing DCS/ESD system, Hook up of new I/Os in existing DCS (Honeywell Experion PKS) and ESD/PLC system (Honeywell Fail safe control system),Logic preparation and testing of ESD/PLC system at offshore location.
- Modification of existing MCC Panel as per new load requirement and hook up with the DCS/ESD system for auto start/stop.
- Conducting Preliminary Acceptance Test.
- Post commissioning services including routine maintenance of instruments, repair of faults etc.
- Participation in overall Performance Guarantee Test.
- Preparation of "As-built" drawings (incorporation of various changes/ modifications in wiring and configuration of the measurement and control system done at site to suit process requirement).
- Operation of plant after commissioning till handed over to client.
[b]ACHIEVEMENTS [/b]:
- Commissioning of TEG based Gas dehydration unit Train A and Train B at BHS Platform Mumbai High South Field, ONGC Offshore. The gas handling capacity of each train is 2.4 MMSCMD and glycol flow rate to gas glycol contactor is 9.3 m3/hr.
- Commissioning of instrument utility gas skid at 13 well head platform, conduct performance guaranty test and handed over to the client ONGC.
