Financial Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyzing the performance of the Manager - Business Development and Field Staff
- Assistance to prepare financial plan and Business plan and Coordinating with the audit team 
Operations at Field-Micro Finance
- SHG formation, growth, Loan pre- sanction ,post- sanction
- Analyzing the Overdue SHG and stepping down to the end-user for the Collection Mechanism
- Verifying end use of borrowers with Purpose wise / Product wise
- Capacity building for Sarvodaya Mutual Benefit Trusts and Self Help Groups
- Assisting Micro Enterprise for Self Help Groups and the audit department
 Operations at Head office
- Addressing major issues in Sarvodaya Mutual Benefit Trusts, Self Help Groups and sorting out the issue with high command./Appraising and processing of loans for loan corporate office.
ACHIEVEMENTS__________________________________________________________________
- Coordinated and conducted many training programs in all the levels 
- Identified new blocks and developed business in more than Ten Blocks with my own effort.
