- Preparation of Design Qualification, Heat Load calculation of various areas and evolve design and configuration of the HVAC system.

- Preparation of Design Qualification basic report with comparison of various option along with budgetary cost estimate, Operating cost estimate and Utilities consumption such as Electricity & Water etc.
- HVAC Equipment selection i.e AHU, Chiller ,Dehumidifier, Filter etc.
- Design &Preparation of Drawing of Air distribution layout Co-Ordinate with Electrical And Utility, AHU Layout, Ducting Layout, Piping Layout, Plant room Layout Piping sizing and Header etc.
- Derivation of HVAC and BMS BOQ from drawing .
- Floating Enquires / Tender and obtaining offer from various Companies on behalf of Client. Technical discussin and with vendors and clients.
- Visit site periodically for technical discussion with project team and advice/assist contractor’s project in change also inspect work quality and progress at site.
- Co- ordination with contractors for commissioning and performance test.
