1) Servicing of Typical Closed loop & open loop axial piston pumps, Bent axis pumps, vane pumps, Radial piston pumps & Gear pumps.

 - Receive complaints from Customer & branches, act for it
 - Visit to site for commissioning, troubleshooting & Observation.
 - Preparation of Quotation for field service.
 - Receiving failed products from customers service them & dispatch back after testing
 With necessary documents.
 - Preparing inspection reports & finding cause for failure (Internal service).
 - Co-ordination with Quality, Production, Customers & other departments during
 Preventive action plan for failed products.
 - Modifications of hydraulic systems according to customer application.
 - Kaizens, developments & Modification jobs AT service centre. 
 - Calibration of Pressure Gauges,Torque Wrenches and Special Tools as per ISO
 - Co-ordination with Sales and Modification of FFS Material and non moving parts in 
 order to meet the customer requirements
 
 [b]ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES [/b]:-
- Feed back to sales & design Dep’t, problems faced during commissioning.
- Preparation of warranty cost for products/systems.
- Maintaining the documents as per ISO standards.
- Providing technical support to marketing dep’t
- Prepare corrective & preventive actions for failed products.
- Reduce the break down time for hydraulic systems by doing preventive actions once in every month by visiting at customer site.
 [b]MAJOR SITES VISITED [/b]:-
- Retrofitting Work Carried out for Side Arm Chargers, and same completed with in 5 days(erection work like Pipe line modifications, coupling design change and New Version pump mounted with special fittings
- Visit to Sohar Aluminium Oman, end user for Alstom India to attend Hydraulic Power Pack problem used for Filtration Unit ,modification work carried out like pressure switch Time adjustment
- Modification of Pipe Line Work at Ashok Iron Works, Belgaum, Due to Frequent failure of Axial Piston Pumps
- Retrofitting Work carried out at NAME (Kishkinta Amusement Park)-Chennai) earlier the system was working with HW controller with External Cylinder ,same has been modified to HD Controller to achieve customer requirement and simplify the system
- For commissioning of hydraulic power packs for Furnace systems at M/S JSW Ltd Tornagallu. 
- Modification systems & Conversion Of Gear pump to Bent axis pump AT Rane Engine Trichy.
- Modification & re-conditioning Hydraulic Power Pack for Wagon tippler AT KTPS Palvoncha (A.P).
- Commissioning of Hydraulic Power Packs for Hydel Power plant AT MGHE Jofalls,BFL Malavalli, Triveni Engg Karimnagar, Sarasvathi Power project Karimnagar, Sandur Power project Kundapura, etc 
- Modification of Pipe line in Hydraulic Press AT HMT Hyderabad, & in Injection molding machines of DGP & Ferromatic.
 
- Commissioning of hydraulic power pack For Side Arm Charger & Clamping Cylinders AT KTPS Raichur.
- Re-erecting & Reconditioning of Hydraulic Power Packs for Side Arm Charger AT KTPS Raichur.
