Responsibility 
Major Activities
 [b]Operation & Maintenance Engineer.  [/b]:-- 
- Responsible for maintenance and troubleshooting of Ericsson RBS (2206 2964, 2964v2, 2954, 2954v2,2204v3,6201,6101) Ericsson RBSC, Ericsson Mini link, Ericsson High Cap SDH radios for back bone of sites, Traffic Node and X PIC.
- Monitor the execution of scheduled P.M for Electrical and Telecom equipments as per plan for the smooth operation of N/W.
- Collecting of DCN data through different microwave equipment.
- Collection of data for routine AGC, alarm logs and performance repot.
- Microwave Hop’s up gradation for relaxation of capacity constraint.
- Software up gradation of different transmission equipments.
- Conversion of 1+0 hops to 1+1 HSB during a P.E window
- Responsible for Preventive Maintenance, Routine checkup of Electronics and Electrical equipments for proper functioning.
- Analysis of the coverage constraints, as per the complaints being imposed from customer end.
- Alarm patching and verification.
- Rectification of Network performance related issue on air interface eg. Diversity issue and VSWR issue.
- Alarm monitoring using Winfiol tool and RBS fault Decoder.
- Handling (2P, 6P, and 20P), MMU, NPU, LTU, SMU & X PIC
- Responsible for BTS & Transmission Engineer worked for different projects.
- Testing and commissioning of MINI-LINK Traffic node, MINI-LINK High-Cap (STM-1), Upgrading chain network including upgardation using MSP & SNCP protection (Sub Network Control Protocol).
- Testing of Ericsson BTS’s and expansion with different configurations of RBS 2206, 2964, 2964 V2, 2954, 2964 V2,2204v3,6102,6101.
- Power measurements, Return Loss and VSWR Measurements using Site Masters and Power meters.
- Ring Stability with visibility in NMS.
- Acceptance Test with customer for Alarms rectification and fault analysis for different BTS and Transmission Nodes.
- Conducted training on RBS/transmission products for Ericsson/O/s Engineers in order to obtain high standards/quality of implementation.
- Implemented SNCP on various SDH & PDH rings and verified it with the customer.
- Conversion of 1+0 hops to 1+1 HSB for backbone sites in Aircel.
- Up gradation of PDH 1+0 hops to SDH 1+1 HSB & 1+1 WSB for backbone sites in Aircel
