The Company is also exporting its product to neighboring countries. Turn Over is 100 Crores per Annum. At Present I am responsible for following Activities:-
- DP Test and Hydro test carried out on the Air Receivers and Bulk Tankers.
- Make Inspection report of stage inspection and final inspection.
- Carried out Welding procedure Qualification as per ASME Sec IX (WPS & PQR).
- Carried out Welder Qualification test as per approved Welding procedure as per ASME Sec-IX (WPQ).
- Do Machine Inspection with Customer representative and third party inspector of EIL, MN Dasture, Bureau Veritas, TPL, GL and Quest etc. 
- Visual Inspection, Physical Inspection and chemical testing of Raw material.
- Visual inspection of job after Welding (SMAW, GMAW, GTAW & SAW).
- Make the Quality Assurance Plan of All Machines and take approval from client.
[b]- Preparation of ISO 9001 [/b]:2008 Documents and attend Surveillance audit of ISO.
- Preparation of procedure for NDT Testing.
- Issue the dispatch clearance after final inspection of machines.
- Implementation 5S in the Plant.
- Organize Management Review meeting once in six month.
- Analyzing the Customer complaints and implementation of all corrective action & preventive action accordingly.
- Leading a team of 4 QC Engineer and 4 QC Inspector.
- Prepared Operation & Maintemence Manual and Part catalogue for all machines.
