[b]PROCEDURES INVOLVES  [/b]:
[b]Checking, recommendations & approval of comparative statements to release PUCHASE ORDERS to suppliers as per following followed procedures by team members [/b]:
--Floating inquiries of required material, offer evaluation, preparation of technical bid analysis, compilation of purchase requisitions, follow-ups with inter departmental personnel for review of vendor data. Issuing of letter of indent (LOI) and creating formal purchase orders in ERP Visual Basic to different for giving orders. Prior to this, it includes making of approval notes, comparatives and Bid analysis for different vendors before procurement of materials. Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery of materials. Billing & invoicing for checking and passing of bills invoices of different vendors for supplies of different materials. 
 
[b]NATURE OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES  [/b]:
[b]- -- From Sep. 2003 onwards  [/b]:-- Procurement of Cement, Steel, TMT, shuttering materials, bricks, wood, plant machinery spares, auto spares of TATA/MAHINDERA/ HEAVY vehicles, Electrical, Switch gears, Wires & Cables, Light fittings & hardware, sanitary fittings, DG set and spares, Pumps, Motors, Petro products e.g. HSD, LDO, Furnace Oil, Sand, Aggregates, admixtures, paints, etc. etc. from purchase point of view (Right Material of right quality at right price at right time) to avoid any short fall of materials. Inventory control is a main priority of responsibility. 
 
[b]-- From July 1989 to 2001  [/b]:-- Uninterrupted procurement of auto components like sheet metal / tubular, rubber, castings, forgings, proprietary items and hardwares according to monthly requirement of production schedule of vehicles by proper Material planning, Scheduling, Regular follow ups, record keeping, and timely payments to suppliers.
