- Troubleshooting & optimizing the GSM & CDMA network.
- Verifying & testing of hardware upgrades and new elements added to the network
 To improve performance of Network & analysis of 3G/2G traffic reports.
 Verify the Drive Test parameters e.g. RSCP, EcINo(Scanner & UE) Handovers, CQI,PSC, CI, HSDPA, HSUPA, RNC, etc. defined by the operator for 3G.
 Verify the Drive Test parameters e.g. C/I, Rx level, Rx quality, Handovers, Interference,BCCH,DTX, TCH,BSIC,CGI,SQI,TA,Hopping frequency,HSN & MAIO etc. defined by the operator for 2G.
 Handling optimization of new and existing sites in which includes the various problem i,e;Handover
Failure,Call drop,Cable Swapping,Interference,in building problem,antenna tilting.
 Providing technical support to Sales team and resolving customer complains within given time frame.
